EU Settlement Status valid after naturalisation

✅ Good news for some Franco-British dual nationals. If you just obtained British citizenship and previously had a status under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), you can now enter the United Kingdom with your French passport (or other European passport) even if you have not received yet your British passport, without needing an ETA.

➡️ The Home Office confirms that your EUSS status remains valid after naturalisation.

Important: your passport (or biometric EU/EEA/Swiss ID card) must be linked to your UKVI account.
