Eric Petgès
Consultant Cranfield Trust and Shaw Trust. Former Operations Director in banking
Since my adolescence, I have been drawn to diplomacy and politics in order to improve the lives of our fellow citizens. Two dreams set aside to make way for a demanding international career.
Nevertheless, I have always kept deep within me this desire to help others and advance generous ideas, while promoting success through hard work.
A French citizen abroad for 34 years, including 28 in London, I worked until 2021 as director of a major investment bank, where I fought against money laundering in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This responsibility allowed me to develop solid experience in regulation, ethics and international cooperation.
Today, I dedicate a significant part of my time to serving others. Since 2023, I have been a volunteer consultant for two English charitable associations engaged in issues of employment and mental health in disadvantaged neighborhoods of London.
In 2025, I had the privilege of supporting 35 unemployed people, improving their CVs, their search strategy and, above all, helping them gradually regain confidence in themselves.
Committed to political life, I am a member of the management committee of the Northern Europe constituency, co-responsible for communications for Renaissance Royaume-Uni since 2023, and campaign director for Patricia Connell for the 2026 consular elections.
Married, father of four children and young grandfather of four grandchildren, education occupies an essential place in my life: I have followed my children through French schools in Madrid, London, New York and Luxembourg.
Today I am fortunate to have the time necessary to fully commit myself.
